E.M. (Rocky) Bruni III
President
As Founder and President, Bruni is responsible
for driving the company’s vision and
strategic direction. He also leads the
management team and oversees the company’s
operational and financial objectives.
Prior to founding Bruni International in 1982, Bruni
was an Import Specialist with R.W. Smith &
Co., Inc. in Houston, TX, obtaining his U.S.
Customs Brokers license in 1981. With more
than 30 years experience, Bruni is a
recognized leader in the industry, having
served as President of the Laredo Licensed
U.S. Customs Brokers Association from
1989-1991. He attended Austin College and
Texas A&M International University.
Laura Moretti
Import/Export Operations
Manager
As Import/Export
Operations Manager, her responsibilities
include establishing and implementing
efficient operational procedures to
integrate brokerage services in the U.S. and
Mexico. Moretti’s goal is to provide our
customers with prompt solutions to their
needs with a focus on customer service.
Moretti joined the firm in February 1983, leaving in
2000; she spent one year in the
transportation field with a national LTL
carrier and two years with another Customs
brokerage firm, returning in August 2003.
Rita G. Garcia
Distribution Operations
Manger
Joining the firm in May 1990, Garcia was
instrumental in establishing our entry into
warehouse and distribution market. She is
responsible for warehouse, order and
inventory management, workflow planning,
scheduling and assessing personnel
requirements.
Garcia’s hands-on no-nonsense management style provides
absolute clarity of tasks at hand never
losing sight of the supply chain solution.
Her strength is her “Can Do, Will Do”
Attitude.
